Payment Plan

This Payment Section is to be used only after the Group Leader has registered the Group and made his or her initial deposit from the Registration Form section. Then the remaining roommates can come and make payments in this section.

$50.00 initial deposit per person for Hotel Only with or without Party Packages and the Motor Coach Package.

 

Monthly Payment Plan: a minimum of  $50.00 or more per person due on the 15th of every month for Hotel Only and Party Packages.

 

Monthly Payment Plan: a minimum of  $100.00 or more per person due on the 15th of every month for guests who have purchased the Flight Packages.

 

When you come to the website to make your Monthly Payments, please do not Register and fill out another Registration Form. We need the Registration Only Completed One Time. All Roommates have the Option to make your Payments Separately.

Final Payment is due by April 15th, 2018.

 

Payments have to made monthly be each person to avoid your Package being cancelled. Late Fees will apply to Payments not made by the Final Due Date ~ April 15th, 2018

The $50 Per Person Deposit is needed to secure your package. Please be sure your Group Leader has completed the Registration Form. Only 1 Form per room is needed. After the Group Leader has paid his or her initial deposit, then all roommates can make their payments in this section. If you are the Group Leader, you must Register the Group first, before using this Payment Section.

 

All Deposits and Payments are Non-Refundable due to Contractual Obligations. Travel Insurance Is Strongly Recommended. ( See Terms and Conditions).   All Payments are Processed via Paypal. You will not have to pay the Paypal Fee.

 

If you want to pay more than the minimum payment due, please change the quantity ( click on the  + sign  until you get to the amount you want to pay). If you are paying for other roommates on your card, please use the ” Contact Us” tab at the top of the Home Page and use the Message Section to tell us how to apply the payments.  For example, you would write: $100.00 payment by (write your name).  Apply $50.00 for ( name) and $50.00 for (name). We will receive your message immediately to apply the payments.

 

Example: *If you want to pay for  3 guests, your total payment will be $150.  ($50X 3 = $150.00).  ( Just use the change Quantity Tab when you are in the Payment Cart).
