The Hotel is just a few blocks from the Caesars Superdome, where the concerts will be held. It is also within walking distance to the Convention Center.
ESSENCE FESTIVAL 2025 REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Deposits and Payments are Non-refundable due to Contractual Obligations. It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance in the event of an emergency for a covered reason. If the special event is officially canceled by Essence Festival or Essence has to reduce its capacity of attendees, you will be issued a Travel Voucher minus the initial deposit of $75.00 to rebook for a future event. There will be No Refunds given.
Payment Plans are available. Monthly payments are due to keep your reservation secured.

Yes, we allow an affordable monthly payment plan. After you make the initial deposit, we take your payments and spread them evenly over the remaining months, until your final due date.

Yes, the 3 hotels listed in our package are all located downtown in the heart of New Orleans, close to all of the events. You do not need a car. Out hotels are within walking distance to both the Convention Center and Superdome.

We will have a group block of seating for the 3 Day Concert Passes when they become available. You will be able to add to your package for an additional cost. If you do not want to go to concerts all 3 days, you can purchase the Single Night tickets directly on TicketMaster.
