If you’ve never experienced the Essence Musical Festival in New Orleans, you are in for a treat. The Essence Music Festival, is known as “The Party With a Purpose,” is a one of the most popular  events and gathering of musical talent in the world.  If you’ve seen the movie ” Girl’s Trip”, you are in for a treat.

 

This multigenerational Festival offers free Empowerment Seminars during the day and exciting performances at night at the New Orleans Superdome where Festival goers can dance and sing along with the biggest names in entertainment—rhythm and blues, classic soul, hip-hop, neo-soul, and jazz.

Monthly Payment Plan:

An initial deposit of $50.00 per person is required to book your Essence Package.  A minimum monthly payment of $50.00 or more is due on the 15th of every month.  Hotel and Concert Packages require a $100.00 per person deposit and $100.00 monthly payment. The remaining balance and final balance is due by April 15th, 2018.

 

Clar’ Escapes Travel is not affiliated with Essence Festival or Essence Communications. We are a Travel Agency that books travel packages to the Essence Festival.

Please Complete Only One Form Per Room. The Group Leader will register the group to book the Package. Please make sure we have the correct names, email addresses and phone numbers for everyone in the group. Once the Group Leader registers the Package, then he or she will submit their initial deposit . After the group leader has submitted their initial deposit, then all other group members have 48 hours to come to the website and make their initial deposit via Paypal. In order for all other group members to make their deposit, just come to this website and click on top at the tab that says, " Make a Payment". The group leader also has the option of submitting the deposit for everyone in the group if you choose to do so. If all members do not submit the deposit within 48 hours of each other, then package price will be revised to reflect the occupancy of the members who have paid. You do not have to have a Paypal Account to make Payments. You can just click on the "Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card if you do not have a Paypal Account. You will be making payments via Paypal, which is safe and secure. There is no information stored in this website. All Deposits and Payments are Non-Refundable due to Contractual Reasons.
